CactusBoard and CactusBoard II are uniquemoldings that form a space between the edge of the basement floor and the wall, and across the footing. This space allows any water leak from thefooting/wall joint or the walls to drain down into the stone aggregate underthe floor, and then is drained by a sump or daylight gravity drain.

For all that we do right, sometimes it's not always enough. No matter what you do on the outside of the foundation, things can go wrong, and leaks happen. Leaks from cracks, form ties, window wells, and pipe penetrations – as well as hydro-static pressure pushing water through at thefooting/wall cold joint can cause major problems for you and your homeowners – not to mention damage to their belongings.
